Led by Adam Brind, we are a Toronto-based real estate team that specializes in the luxury and ultra luxury real estate markets. We have a proven track record for selling some of the most remarkable homes in the city.

Over the past fifteen years, the Brind Group at Sotheby’s International Realty has been responsible for selling some of the most high-profile real estate in Toronto and surrounding areas. We have achieved this coveted milestone because of our relentless commitment to our craft and the additional services that we provide our clients. Adam Brind

Broker & Senior Vice President

With more than 15 years of experience, Adam has become one of Toronto’s foremost luxury real estate experts. He has successfully sold some of the most iconic architectural homes in the city and has become a trusted advisor to a number of the top residential builders / developers.

Adam heads the Brind Group at Sotheby’s International Realty with a focus on the luxury and ultra luxury markets including custom homes, contemporary architecture and complex residential transactions that involve rezoning and redevelopment. Prior to his current role, he was the founding partner of a boutique real estate brokerage in downtown Toronto that quickly grew to nearly $1B in sales volume. The company was acquired in 2019.

Along with an insatiable passion for real estate and entrepreneurship, Adam is also an experienced custom home builder with a love of design and architecture. He also manages and operates a small commercial real estate investment company that owns, manages and develops commercial assets in the tertiary markets.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University and continues to develop his skills and education. He has attended Harvard Business School and completed the Executive Education Program on Urban Development, Design and Construction. He often contributes to various media publications as both an author and an industry expert which have included the Globe and Mail, National Post, Canadian Real Estate Wealth Magazine, Toronto Life and many others.

Amy Richardson

Sales Representative

Amy is a third generation REALTOR® and with that brings to the table not only her own real estate experience but that of several close family members. As a lifelong Torontonian, she is familiar with many of the city’s diverse and unique neighbourhoods and understands what makes each one special. Previously Amy enjoyed an extremely successful career working along side some of the city’s most successful executives and entrepreneurs.
